Resolves to the date that the Balatro v1.1 update comes out, in EST time zone.

The update does not have to be called "1.1" exactly, but must be a major update to Balatro. For example, I would consider any update which adds new jokers to be a major update, and this market will resolve to whatever date that releases.

The market only resolves if it is released as an update, rather than as a separate game.

The update must be released to the public, rather than e.g. a small set of beta testers.
