NO

According to the New York Times, a super PAC focused on bolstering the potential independent candidacy of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has been raising money with the intention of aiding efforts to secure ballot access for the candidate in question in the following ten battleground states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Nevada, New York and Texas. This question will resolve positively if Robert F Kennedy Jr. appears on the ballot of all 10 of these states during the 2024 Presidential election, and negatively otherwise.

Note that this can resolve positively even if the super PAC in question fails to actually spend any of the funds raised or makes no direct efforts to provide assistance. They are relevant to the question only insofar as the ten listed battleground states originate in their stated goal. The presence of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on any unlisted state's ballot is likewise immaterial to this question.

He just withdrew from the ballot in Arizona, so I think this can resolve NO.

He was kicked off the ballot in New York, though he will probably appeal: RFK Jr. disqualified from New York ballot over false residence claim, judge rules - CBS News

“Independent candidates for President file an application with the Secretary of State. The application must be submitted with a petition, and both documents must be filed no later than May 13, 2024. The petition can be circulated beginning after March 5, 2024. For 2024, the petition must contain 113,151 signatures of registered voters who did not vote in the presidential primary of either party.”

Running For President in Texas

I know RFK Jr. has some wealthy backers, but that’s a lot of signatures from Texans who didn’t vote D or R in 2020. And there’s even more criteria than this.
