Resolution criteria
This market will resolve based on the number of changes made to Australia's Test squad between the World Test Championship (WTC) Final and their first Test match against the West Indies. A "change" is defined as a player included in the playing XI for the WTC Final who is not included in the playing XI for the first Test against the West Indies, or vice versa.
The official playing XIs for both matches will be used to determine the number of changes. These can be found on the International Cricket Council's (ICC) official website:

Background
Australia's Test squad has undergone notable changes in recent times. Following David Warner's retirement after the Pakistan series, Steve Smith has been promoted to open the batting alongside Usman Khawaja. Cameron Green has returned to the side, expected to bat at No. 4, a position he has excelled in domestically. Additionally, Matt Renshaw has been recalled to the squad, providing further batting options. (icc-cricket.com)
The WTC Final is scheduled for June 11-15, 2025, at Lord's, where Australia will face South Africa. Immediately following this, Australia will tour the West Indies for a three-Test series starting on June 25, 2025. (en.wikipedia.org, en.wikipedia.org)
Considerations
Injuries or player form during the WTC Final may influence selection decisions for the subsequent West Indies series.
The short turnaround between the WTC Final and the West Indies series could impact squad rotation and player availability.
Selectors may opt to rest key players or provide opportunities to emerging talents during the West Indies series, affecting the composition of the playing XI.
