Resolution Criteria

• The market resolves exactly one year after Donald Trump’s death, based on public perception of who is most politically or media-active, as determined by publicly available evidence (e.g., political office held, media presence, or public endorsements).

Primary Factors for determining “heir”:

1. Political Success: Measured by holding a political office, running a notable campaign, or being a significant figure in a political movement.

2. Media Presence: Assessed through quantifiable measures such as audience size, media appearances, book releases, or influence within the public discourse.

3. Public Perception: Credible polling or widespread media consensus about the individual being Trump’s successor.

Tie-Breaker:

If there’s ambiguity or an even split, priority will be given to the individual with:

• The highest political position or influence.

• The most significant media reach (e.g., social media followers, TV appearances).

Clarifications for Resolution

• If no individual from the listed options emerges clearly, the “Other” category will win.

• If multiple family members or “Other” figures appear equally active and successful, adjudicators (me or mod panel) will evaluate based on a mix of media citations and polls.

• An individual does not need to publicly claim the title of “heir” but must clearly exhibit traits or actions aligning with Trump’s legacy.
