Biden said today that he hopes to have a ceasefire in Gaza by next Monday, i.e., March 4.
Will his hope come true? Specifically, will a ceasefire be negotiated before March 4? If it comes down to the exact hour, I'll use midnight in Eastern European Standard Time (GMT+2) to mark the beginning of March 4, since that is the local time zone in Gaza.

Now he's saying he hopes for a ceasefire by Ramadan. I doubt he would move the date back if it was on track to happen by Monday.
