A "valid bounty" is any bounty that actually caused someone to get a spot on the list. So accidental bounties of <100 mana don't count, nor does it count if someone adds a bounty but forgets to comment (unless they later do comment and decide that they still want in). If someone adds a valid bounty of N times 100 mana, hat counts as N valid bounties.

The number of valid bounties is always equal to the number of rows in the Super Ponzi Tracker, minus the first row, assuming that it is up to date.
