Twitter has announced its API prices start at an eyewatering 42k a month. Will Twitter adjust the price before the end of the year?

Twitter announced a new API tier today called Twitter API Pro for startups that costs $5,000 per month. The tier gives developers the ability to fetch 1 million tweets per month and post 300,000 tweets per month, and gives them access to the full archive search endpoint.
I believe this makes it resolve YES?
@Gabrielle is the new tier only for startups? I had previously said enterprise in the comment, but we’re really staring to split hairs here. Is the new tweets/dollar actually cheaper? I’m leaning towards just resolving it though.
According to Mashable it’s still 42k a month for access to the API, https://mashable.com/article/twitter-api-removal-public-safety-twitter-accounts

We are also launching a new Basic (v2) access for hobbyists with 10,000 GET/month and 50,000 POST/month, 2 app IDs, and Login with Twitter for $100/month.
@Gabrielle The previous reporting said enterprise access, and twitters page said this is for “personal and hobbyist only.” Not sure if that’s truly backtracking or adjusting the price? https://developer.twitter.com/en/products/twitter-api
@PhatFree can anyone see if there was a revision to the enterprise API pricing, maybe someone on the @ManifoldMarkets team?
@PhatFree So I tired to see enterprises pricing, but it just lead me to a google form where someone from Twitter will contact me on pricing.
@PhatFree Some really rudimentary math:
New paid tier
63,000 for $100, 630 t/$ (tweet access per dollar)
Previously announced paid tiers
50 million for $42,000 1190 t/$
100 million for $125,000 $800 t/$
200 million for $210,000 952 t/$
