Last year, I did BJJ regularly for like two and half months before multiple injuries required me to take time off. I still have not resumed, but right now the main hurdle is that I need to get my cardio and flexibility unrusted before it would be wise to do martial arts again. I still live within walking of a good BJJ place, and can still afford lessons, so the real question is if I will frequently stretch and regularly go to the gym and then follow through with resuming lessons within the next three months, which I really want to do!
