This market will resolve to YES if Kim Putters suggests an approach that is accepted, in the sense that a "formateur" is chosen for it.
This market will resolve to NO if at least one of the following happens:
A new informateur is appointed, or
New elections are called.

@Noilen I think the body of the question gives concrete criteria that have been met, so I don't see much reason to resolve to NA. I'm also not super against it, though, since Putter's suggested approach seems to have been accepted in a broader sense.
