Resolution criteria

This market will resolve based on the official release date of the CALICO Spring 2025 competition results. The resolution will be determined as follows:

• Before or on June 14th: If the results are released on or before June 14, 2025, 11:59 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).

• Before or on June 21st: If the results are released between June 15 and June 21, 2025, 11:59 PM PDT.

• Before or on June 30th: If the results are released between June 22 and June 30, 2025, 11:59 PM PDT.

• Before or on July 31st: If the results are released between July 1 and July 31, 2025, 11:59 PM PDT.

• After July 31st: If the results are released after July 31st, 2025, 11:59 PM PDT.

• Results are cancelled: If the organizers officially announce the cancellation of the results.

The most specific applicable answer will be selected. For example, if the results are released on June 20, 2025, the market will resolve to "Before or on June 21st."

Background

The CALICO Spring 2025 Informatics Competition was held on April 26, 2025, at the University of California, Berkeley. This event, organized by UC Berkeley computer science students, offers participants the opportunity to engage in competitive programming, enhance their coding skills, and network with peers.

As of June 7, 2025, the results have not been released due to issues related to rampant cheating during the competition. The organizers have acknowledged these challenges and are working to address them before publishing the official results.
