Any public acknowledgement of the fact that Jimmy Carter is turning 100 will count, including tweets, verbally in an interview, retweeting someone else's tweet mentioning his birthday, attending a publicized 100th birthday celebration/event, etc. When an organization is listed, I will only count official communication from that organization or communication from someone while acting as a spokesperson for that organization. As judgement of what counts or not may be required, I will not bet on this market.
I will not be able to monitor all public communication by these individuals/groups, so bringing any mention of Jimmy Carter's birthday to my attention would be greatly appreciated.

1.00@Pearland2025 That wouldn't affect resolution, except to the extent that people would be less likely to mention the birthday. If i.e. someone said something along the lines of "Carter was about to turn 100, but passed away before then", that would still cause them to resolve yes.
