Any public acknowledgement of the fact that Jimmy Carter is turning 100 will count, including tweets, verbally in an interview, retweeting someone else's tweet mentioning his birthday, attending a publicized 100th birthday celebration/event, etc. When an organization is listed, I will only count official communication from that organization or communication from someone while acting as a spokesperson for that organization. As judgement of what counts or not may be required, I will not bet on this market.

I will not be able to monitor all public communication by these individuals/groups, so bringing any mention of Jimmy Carter's birthday to my attention would be greatly appreciated.
