Resolves YES at any time if any constructor besides Red Bull wins a race from (and excluding) Suzuka onwards.

Resolves NO the end of the last Grand Prix if no constructor apart from Red Bull won a race up until that point.

This market will NOT consider the 09/24 race (Suzuka) itself, and will only consider Qatar onwards. Sprints will NOT be counted.

Market will be open until after qualifying for the Qatar Grand Prix or until it is resolved early because of resolving YES.

Edit: clarity on sprints, they will not be counted.
