Resolution Criteria

This market will resolve based on Amazon's (AMZN) closing price on February 14th, 2025, compared to its closing price on February 7th, 2025:

• YES if the February 14th closing price is higher than the February 7th closing price

• NO if the February 14th closing price is equal to or lower than the February 7th closing price

If trading is halted or suspended on either date, the market will use the last available closing price. If the stock undergoes a split or reverse split between these dates, the February 7th price will be adjusted accordingly for comparison.
