Resolution Criteria

This market will resolve based on Amazon's (AMZN) closing price on the NASDAQ on February 28, 2024, compared to its closing price on February 21, 2024.

• Resolves YES if February 28's closing price is higher than February 21's closing price, $216.58

• Resolves NO if February 28's closing price is equal to or lower than February 21's closing price

• Resolves N/A if trading is suspended on either date or if there are any stock splits between these dates

Considerations

• Stock prices can be affected by unexpected events such as earnings announcements, market-wide movements, or major news

• The market will use official NASDAQ closing prices, not intraday highs or lows

• Stock splits or similar corporate actions between these dates would affect resolution

• If either date falls on a market holiday, the previous trading day's closing price will be used
