Fixed payout means to me that 1 share of option A is worth 1 mana if market resolves to Option A

I think they're back! Unless the catch is in the "fixed-payeout", what do you mean by that?

does it count if the number of responses is a-priori limited? What if you have to provide extra liquidity per answer?

@harfe Limited responses would be weird, but excusable if the limit is high enough and especially if the creator can remove junk answers. Extra liquidity is fine, and what I expect will happen.
