The release is currently slated for 2023-05-12, which rounds to 36%. I can't resolve this yet since delays exist, but further delays seem unlikely.

Yeah, end of the financial year seems likely, as with Breath of the Wild (released on the 3rd of March, which is about 17%). But if it's beyond that, it could be pretty far beyond.
I would guess ~March
