Resolution criteria

This market will resolve to the football club that wins the 2026–27 Premier League title.

The primary source of truth for resolution will be the official standings on the Premier League website.

Market close: Trading will close immediately after the 2027 winter transfer window closes (scheduled for 11:00 PM GMT on February 1, 2027), allowing participants to incorporate both summer and January transfer activity into their predictions.

Other: If any team not explicitly listed (i.e. a team other than Liverpool, Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea, Newcastle United, or Manchester United) wins the title, the market will resolve to "Other."

Points deductions/Sanctions: Resolution will be based on the official table at the end of the final matchday (scheduled for May 30, 2027). Any retroactive point deductions, administrative penalties, or legal appeals decided after June 15, 2027, will not affect the resolution of this market.

Background

The 2026–27 Premier League is the 35th season of the competition since its formation in 1992. The season is scheduled to run from August 21, 2026, to May 30, 2027. This season begins slightly later than usual to accommodate player rest following the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which took place during the off-season. Arsenal enter the season as the defending champions. The market will resolve once the Premier League champion has been officially confirmed at the conclusion of the season.
