Some extremely minor bugs reported so I'm going to resolve to 10% instead of a pure NO

Dont have a snapchot but the graphical bar anove the house bets was bugged, it wasnt order from most democratic to most republican but the most democratic (not very likely democratic) disticts right before very likely republican districts. I dint have money in the market so feel free to include it or not.

@AmirKrispin I see that in the bugs channel, but the bug report is from after the election results were pretty much clear.

Any problems to report? I had bets fail to go through for a while on one of the official markets, but I think it was stripped from the politics page in favor of a different one at some point.

Technical issues on any election date before the end date counts?

@thepurplebull Just the night of the election. If they go down during the South Carolina Republican primary that's fine as far as this market is concerned.
