The Louvre used to be cautious about cleaning pictures, but recently they've been doing a lot more and there's increasing discussion about cleaning the Mona Lisa. This question will resolve 'yes' if there's an official announcement, or if a curator or conservator makes a concrete public statement that isn't contracted by the Louvre. Simply saying it should be cleaned will resolve 'no'. It will resolve yes even if they don't start cleaning or announce when they will start.
