Results to yes if xQc's official Instagram account is verified before 1/1/2024. Or there exists any period of time in which xQc is an owner of a verified Instagram account, created for the purpose of representing himself as an individual.

The verified account must represent the streamer xQc as an individual.

If xQc represents himself as an individual using a different Instagram account than his present one (xwcow1), and that account gets verified, this results to yes.

If xQc is banned from Instagram this market will not be settled early.

If a member of his content team (similar to his YouTube) has access, and posts, to his official Instagram account as his proxy it does not affect the result.
