The question resolves Yes if the Antarctic Sea Ice Extent is less on every single day from December 1st, 2023 to December 31st, 2023 compared to the same dates in all years since satellite tracking started in 1979.
The question immediately resolves No if the extent of Antarctic Sea Ice for any date between December 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023 exceeds the extent for the same day in any year between 1979 and 2022.
