This market will be based on the results of this pre-interview poll and a post-interview poll I will create after the interview:

The Post-Interview poll will run for 24 hours, and the average score will be compared to expected average score. If it is higher this market resolves YES, if it is lower this market resolves NO.

If It seems there is a significant amount of dishonest voting for profit, I may adjust for that in the results or close this market for trading. Please answer honestly!
