It is possible that this market is resolvable from its inception. This market will resolve to the letter of the rules regardless of if it was resolvable from inception or not.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the market cap of DOG GO TO THE MOON ($DOG) reaches $1,000,000,000.00 or greater for at least one hour between November 15, 2024, 2:00 PM ET, and April 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET, before any other BTC rune reaches a $1B market cap. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If any other BTC Rune reaches $1B market cap first, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be 10 minute price candles for $DOG available at https://magiceden.io/runes/DOG%E2%80%A2GO%E2%80%A2TO%E2%80%A2THE%E2%80%A2MOON. Specifically, two consecutive 10-minute price candles need to all have prices which, when multiplied by the total supply of $DOG, provide a market cap $1,000,000,000.00 or greater for this market to resolve to “Yes.” For the purposes of this market, any coin listed in magiceden as a rune will be considered a BTC Rune: https://magiceden.io/runes. Note: Coins which show a hyper-inflated FDV due to extremely low liquidity will not count for this market group. If the twenty minute period starts at e.g. April 30, 11:50 PM ET to May 1 2025, 00:00 AM ET, it will count for this market.
