The Big Taping Truth Trial, organized by Cosimo Research, is the first large study to date about the efficacy of mouth taping in the general population. Participants must follow a randomized taping assignment for 30 nights, placing tape over their mouth before sleep either vertically to close the lips, or horizontally above the upper lip (“mustache”).
