Although it requires judgment, I consider being part of a drama anything that could be in the homepage of a main media outlet and isn't out of course of business. Some examples:

-WSJ reports that Musk slept with Google co-founder's wife

-A new child is revealed

-A significant interview

-He buys Twitter

-He meets the Dalai Lama

-A Tesla employee is reported to be buying glass and people are investigating if Musk is involved

-Musk sends a Tesla to space

-Musk presents the SNL

-Musk is announced to present the SNL

-Musk makes a Twitter pool to ask whether he should sell 10% of his Tesla stock

-Tesla reveals they're working in a robot

-Musk gives a weird name to his baby with Grimes

-Times makes Musk the person of the year

Events of what doesn't count:

-Musk publishes an ordinary meme

-Musk goes to Tesla earnings call

-SpaceX successfully launches a rocket

-Ordinary progress on the Twitter v. Musk case

-Tesla stock actually splits

-Musk sells some amount of TSLA

-Musk ordinarily attends to Tesla earnings call

Many times I'll wait to settle to something that is undoubtedly worthy of media coverage. I do not make bets on this market, but I'll try to offer guidance if there's an event I think it could be it.

NEW RULE - ORDINARY COURSE OF BUSINESS

The first time I made this market, it was earnings call week for Tesla. Fortunately, Tesla discovered the glass-gate and I didn't need to address whether an ordinary earnings call count, but now I am saying that ordinary earnings calls doesn't count! A earnings call can count if something weird happen, but just because Tesla reported earnings, it doesn't mean it counts. This also applies to Twitter v. Musk, although I realize that most procedures of the case will be newsworthy, if they are ordinary course of business (e.g: Musk filing a rebuttal at deadline but the rebuttal being confidential doesn't count). Of course, if there's material in a filing that is newsworthy by itself it does count.

The spirit of the market is to speculate in weird and odd stuff, small black swans, that usually happens with Musk. I'll try to judge based on that.

**NEW Rule - THE EVENT MUST BE NEW**

If there's an event that have significant media coverage on Sunday (eg: Musk slept with Anna Wojcicki) and Musk comments on Monday, I'll consider it a mere continuation of the previous event, and therefore it doesn't count.

I'll prefer to settle if by any day of the week Musk is on the front page of the Wall Street Journal because of some event that happened during the week.

I recognize the complexities I am adding here and I foresee a week when there'll be debate whether something counts. I'll try to do my best to make a fair decision and I'll be open to the reasoning of all.
