Background
Legacy Health plans to terminate its contract with Regence BlueCross BlueShield by March 31 unless a new agreement is reached. The potential termination could disrupt services for Regence members. A similar dispute occurred between Providence and Regence last year but was resolved with a new contract. Legacy Health is also in merger talks with OHSU amid financial challenges.

This is a prediction market. Market will close the day before the current contract is set to expire (30 Mar 2024)
Market will resolve YES if Legacy and Regency negotiate a new contract.
Market will resolve NO if Legacy and Regency do not negotiate a new contract.
Market will resolve based on credible news reports or company press releases.
