Francesca Gino is a Professor at Harvard Business School (HBS). Following allegations of fraud, she is currently on administrative leave.

She has filed a lawsuit against HBS and the Data Colada bloggers who accused her of fraud.

This question will resolve YES if at any point before the close of the market, F. Gino appears to have been reinstated with salary and duties typical of her position. In particular, she should be listed on the official faculty page without a mention that she is on leave and reputable media reports that HBS has reinstated her.

It will resolve NO if she has left HBS even this was seemingly done of her own volition.
