While Dan Patrick (TX Lt. Gov) did float this idea back in December, I didn't see any concrete steps taken to remove Biden from the ballot.

@AlexBeal If you don’t get a response from @Lizzard, I’d say it either mean a. Impeachment resolution endorsed by House GOP leadership or b. House passes impeachment resolution.

I intended it to mean that the state of Texas makes legal moves to block Biden from the Presidential ballot in a similar way to how Colorado blocked Trump from the primary ballot. And that in that legal filing they would reference this border incident!

@Lizzard The challenge in Colorado was brought by a group of voters, though, not the state; would it count if some individual Republicans filed a lawsuit to get Biden thrown off the ballot in Texas?
