@LivInTheLookingGlass bump again - could you clarify whether the PEP being superseded counts for a NO? The PEP that replaced it is currently in draft form. So the idea hasn't been thrown out, but I guess has taken a step back.
This specific PEP will not graduate, so if this is a "letter of the resolution criteria" market, it would resolve NO. But I don't want to be too much without being sure that's what you meant.
@chrisjbillington I already read the market a few days ago and came to the same conclusion as you. But I bought No so now I'm biased 😂
Seems pretty unlikely to me that https://peps.python.org/pep-0684/ was accepted but actually exposing that functionality in the standard library will not be.
