1,000How long have you been going by Olivia? And is there good reason to believe your more distant relatives, parents' friends etc would remember your previous name? Personally I have only the vaguest notion of many in-law niblings' names and can't keep track of my friends' kids. If you wore a necklace with "Olivia" on it you might be doing some of these more peripheral people a favor!
No joke, I've always believed in calling people whatever they want to be called and it's awkward for me when I blunder it.
@oh in my circles, your signature line counts as explicitly telling people what name you use. So "Best, Olivia" should convey the message.
All the same some people will cluelessly and illiterately respond "Hi Olive" and "Hello Bolivia" even though it is written out literally in front of their face, but that's a separate issue unrelated to gendering.
@Stralor if I perceive reasonable effort, I will count it as a success. If I see something baffling, like presents being evenly labelled with each, I don't know what to do other than assess other factors

@brp not quite sure how to answer the first part. I certainly present as femme, but I am also not very much a part of their lives. All the Christmas gifts this year were labelled correctly, with a few exceptions.
They are mostly conservative, mostly rural non-denom Christians. The grandparents in particular were big players in the regional Republican party for decades and got invited to Trump's inauguration.
