Hacktoberfest 2023 is a month-long celebration of open source software, encouraging people to contribute to open source projects. It takes place every October, and this year it will run from October 1st to October 31st, 2023.

The organizers have decided to move away from physical rewards (T-shirts) in order to make the event more sustainable and to focus on the real goal of Hacktoberfest, which is to encourage people to contribute to open source software.

This market will resolve YES, if in the Hacktoberfest 2023 there was more users with 4 or more accepted PRs/MRs, than it was in the Hacktoberfest 2022.
