Find the location, prove that it is the same as on the photo, convince me, then resolves YES. Otherwise resolves NO in a week.
@jks can you prove with something like google streets? I do not actually want to visit every location, but I want to be convinced if you are right

@Daniel_MC I removed most of the reflection of the colorful lights and then put it into Google's reverse image search. That got me to Eurovea and it was pretty easy from there.
@Daniel_MC i want enough information for me to be able to go to a place and conclude "yeah, i recognise it from the photo".
