The market resolves when "I get a job and after some time I have decided that's interesting for me to stay for longterm".

The market is about personal opinion, if i get stuck with a job which I experience as temporary option, that does not resolve the market.

If I have 2 jobs at once and I am satisfied with both, then may resolve to both options at 100% each. That means that all the options should sum up to slightly higher than 100%.
