There has been a considerable amount of turnover for NBA coaches over the past 3 years. 20 Coaches have started their current roles since Jan 2021. Considering that most coaches get around 3 years before change is considered, my original theory was that it would be a lower than average year of turnover (around 7 per year). However, considering performance and expectations, I am now questioning that position. With some stories and leaks already happening (and some serious underperformance), I am curious as to the feelings of others as to how much the job carousel will turn over the next 6 months.
