What happens if the route is the same but one of the cities are renamed (e.g. Astana)?

 I will resolve that as the same path (YES) if it is just place names updated but still the same physical location stops and in the same order.

 if Google continues using the same Google Tracker path that they have in every year from 2019 to 2023.

 if Google discontinues the Santa Tracker or changes it so much that there's no recognizable path (that has labelled stops) anymore.
