Resolves YES if a functional equation takes up at least one of the six questions on the 2024 USA Mathematical Olympiad, resolves NO otherwise. In recent years, this has happened in 2023 (Problem 2) and 2022 (Problem 3) but not 2021 nor 2020.
I will bet on this market because it is beyond my control.
The question must ask for a set of functions, or tuples of functions, such that all functions map some (not necessarily proper) subset of the real numbers to another subset of the real numbers. At least one inequality, equality, or divisibility relation involving the function(s) must be present. For the purposes of this market, polynomial and sequence questions do not count.
This question is managed and resolved by Manifold.
