If i think the answer is "never" how can i bet on this market and ever have it resolve on my favor? Seems likely to lead to a market with misleading values

@MattLashofSullivan You can bet "No" on all existing options, and sell shares when their corresponding year passes and they are (hopefully) traded to 0%. I guess I can add something like "Not before 2100", would you like that?
