Resolves YES to all countries that Lai visits as President. He doesn't need to be on an official visit; the US will resolve YES when he makes a transit as long as he leaves the airport.

The active period of this question starts on May 18th when he is inaugurated and ends when his presidency ends, for whatever reason. It will still be active in the period between an election he didn't win and the next inauguration i.e. the lame duck period (assuming he is President at that time).
