Resolves to KC X PHI Y where X = the first digit of Kansas City's final score and Y = the first digit of Philadelphia's final score.
Eg if the score is 53 - 21 to Kansas, it would resolve KC 5 PHI 2. If either team gets a score higher than 59 then it would resolve to Other unless someone has already added more options. If a team somehow scores more than 99 points their answer would resolve to 1 (assuming they scored between 100 and 199)
Resolves at the end of Super Bowl LIX.

Update 2025-01-29 (PST) (AI summary of creator comment): Single Digit Scores:
Single digit scores resolve to themselves.
The only way to resolve to a 0 is if a team scores zero.

@EstMtz another example would be good to confirm but given that there are 0's as options in this list, i would be pretty confident than 7-3 would resolve to 0-0
Nope, single digit scores resolve to themselves. The only way to resolve to a 0 would be for a team to literally score zero.
@JoshuaWilkes I can understand why you assumed this would not be the case, but it wasn't what I meant when I wrote the criteria and I don't think it's the most straightforward reading of the text either.
@JoshuaWilkes Fair! misinterpreted, my bad. that does mean that the "KC 0 PHI 0" option is impossible, IIUC (they just keep playing OT I believe cannot tie), so may want to edit that/make it invalid (& those 0 scores were why I assumed otherwise)
