This resolves to the person who is first to legitimately claim one of these four bounties in Leagues Season 5 (this month).

You can submit people as answers in any format as long as it's clear who you are referring to. Duplicate answers will be ignored. Bounties for things done before leagues season 5 don't count.

If this question resolves with a good amount of time left in the month, I will make another one for the second person to claim one of the bounties.

If no one submitted here claims one of these bounties in season 5, resolves to "other".
