At market close, I will add up the square roots of the numbers of shares held by each YES shareholder and compare to the same sum for the NO shareholders.
If the NO shareholders have a larger sum of sqrt(shares) than the YES shareholders, this resolves YES. Otherwise (including a tie), it resolves NO.
