Given the lack of spike to 0 at the beginning of October, current positions and comments, this should definitely be a YES

@jgyou Eh, no? "By October" generally means "by October 1st", not "during any day in October"

@SenneVanHeghe Yes, but new creator made a couple of claims 9th August and not made any bets, questions or comments since. The close date of 31 Dec for a claim that is clear by October is also odd and makes getting a quick resolution difficult.

Drifted down to $223 in post market trade. I sold my no position as this seems uncomfortably close even if it is now up to 227 in premarket.
