This market resolves to YES if a grand jury indicts at least one former Obama administration official (such as John Brennan, James Comey, James Clapper, etc.) on charges related to the alleged Russia hoax conspiracy by December 31, 2025.

In July 2025, Attorney General Pam Bondi directed federal prosecutors to launch a grand jury investigation into accusations that members of the Obama administration manufactured intelligence about Russia's 2016 election interference. This followed declassified documents released by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and a criminal referral to the DOJ.

The market resolves to NO if no indictments are issued against any former Obama administration officials by December 31, 2025.
