This market resolves to "YES" if there are three or more acts of sabotage against pipelines or other petroleum, gas, or chemical facilities in the US and/or Canada in 2023 that are claimed to be inspired by the book/film "How to Blow Up a Pipeline".

Evidence that the actions are inspired by the book/film would come from attribution by the person(s) involved or as a claim of the law enforcement or prosecuting entities involved in the case.

The threshold to be considered as a significant act of sabotage would be >US$100k in damages or losses per incident.
