Will Twitter revert giving checkmarks to big accounts before the end of May 2023?

Elon Musk has said he's "personally" given Twitter Blue checkmarks to some people. On April 20 Steven King complained about this on Twitter. Lebron James also seems to have gotten a checkmark on that day.

Since then, more people seem to have gotten a checkmark. Accounts like @dril, @hasanabi, @MattBinder who never wanted a checkmark and are showing they didn't pay for it.

If Twitter reverts this decision on or before May 31st this market will resolve to YES. If there is proof that the accounts mentioned here still do not pay but have a checkmark, this market will resolve to NO.
