Chalmers will get to his feet in the House of Representatives tonight at 730pm and deliver the 2026-2027 Commonwealth Budget and accompanying speech.

If he were to go off on a sidequest about, say, olive oil - for any reason - that would count. But this is not expected. Mostly, oil is pertinent to the budget in its role as fuel.

We will use the official printed version of the speech to determine the answer to this question.
