Resolves yes if and only if the AMC 12B's distinguished honor roll score is in [0, 130]. Resolves no if and only if it is in (130, 150]. Resolves N/A if and only if said score is not published decisively due to whatever reason (schism in MAA, meteor destroys earth, etc).
