If Donald Trump declares victory on Election Day, the latest option that came before his announcement will resolve YES. All other options will resolve NO. For example, if he declares victory at 4:50 p.m., then 4:30 p.m. resolves YES. All times are Central Time, because that is the natural and correct time zone as God intended.

Declaration must be from Trump's personal or campaign social media accounts, in person in an accessible recorded medium, or otherwise verifiable. It does not matter whether the declaration is true, serious, or meant to be taken seriously--any relatively unambiguous declaration of victory will satisfy the criteria.

Question will not close until midnight on Election Day. Arguments about whether a particular statement counts or not are encouraged. This may be a somewhat subjective call, or an extremely subjective one. Either way, I will make it absolutely correctly. I will not bet in this market because I am as pure as the driven snow, and above these petty games.
