If the secret value goes up by N points (units will not be public), i bet N Yes. If it goes down by K points, i bet K No.

At any point, (primarily when i feel bored of tracking the thing), I will resolve this to the market percetage at the moment.

Otherwise the market is guaranteed to resolve in a week to the market percentage at the closure.
