Every April the LDS (Mormon) Church publishes reports with the number of members as of the end of the previous year. If they continue to do so every year between 2024 and the end of 2030, then this question will resolve YES. Otherwise this question will resolve NO.

The reports can be released any time of the year; they don't have to be released in April to count.
